We are working extensively with Fedex Express Economy service. For a small shipping amount we can deliver any order. Deliveries in Europe are taking 3-4 working days and overseas in 4-5 working days.
For bigger orders, we can offer you to ship the goods through our forwarders, either by sea or air.

We are investing in an important product stock (more than 1250 sqm), so around 95% of the orders we are receiving can be delivered to the transportation company the same day, ensuring an express delivery.
For some equipments, the delivery terms are different (generally 1 to 2 weeks), but it is mentioned in the product information and website.
- Satisfaction guaranteed
You have 15 days, starting your order reception, to return us any product you are not satisfied with, with no need of further explanation.
If the product do not meet your expectations, you have made a mistake in your order or you find a faulty product, just ask us to interchange it or your money back.
Warranty period for each instrument is mentioned in the catalogue and website. It goes from 1 to 5 years from sales date.
We do have a Technical Service to solve any problem you might have with the instruments sold by us, being under warranty or not.
